Elysian Concierge Medical Program includes
Yearly Personalized Health Assessment with preventative screening. This will include annual (or more frequent if required by your physician)
Body composition scanning.
Advanced, on-line trackable cognitive testing.
Ophthalmic and auditory screening.
Annual computerized gait assessment.
Annual screening cardiac risk assessment.
Early identification of sarcopenia through your annual body composition scan - an important predictor of longevity and wellness.
Annual review (or greater if required) with our nutritional health team.
Annual (or more frequent if required) screening biochemical analysis.
After hours on-call paging service. In addition, our primary care physician, nursing and pharmacy team are of course available during the week for any non-urgent questions.
Our pharmacist is a member of your team. You’ll have access to full medication and supplement reviews in the context of your goals - personalized.
Dedicated coaching for preventative mental health, in person or remote, as required, in addition to your annual mental health assessment.
Dedicated physical health coaching. Our personal trainers will work with you and your team to optimize your balance, flexibility, and strength - key determinants in your future health.

Preferred access to optional testing, diagnostics and screening, as determined by you and your health goals. This may include advanced diagnostics, genetic, hormonal, or other external panels that are specific or unique to you, your family history, or your health concerns.
All Elysian patients have access to a convenient onsite pharmacy for prescriptions and a lab for diagnostics.
*Fees for the Concierge program are strictly for the uninsured components of the program. These services would include but are not limited to; physician visit, personalized lab screening based on gender and risk profile, a comprehensive physician visit or other publicly insured services will be billed to the provincial insurance plan by Elysian Health when they are considered insured services. Purchase of the Elysian concierge program is not a condition of access to any insured physician services.
