  • I recently had bilateral full knee replacements and my recovery rehab was provided by Matt Redekopp. From my first day of rehab Matt was exceptional in his analysis of my condition and provided a progressive exercise and strengthening plan that brought me to a full recovery in approx 3 months. His positive and supportive attitude made it a real pleasure with every session and to work through the pain and discomfort of my recovery. My knee surgery has been life changing which I attribute a lot of that to Matt and the influence he had on me to always exercise and continue to build on my new strengths and mobility I now enjoy.   • Nick (Physio/RMT) is great and extremely knowledgeable! Had a lower back/spinal injury few months back and i've been working with him since then. Nick recommended me the Dry needling treatment along with Massages and it has helped me recover almost 100% to the point where i'm lifting heavy weights/deadlifting in the gym with no lower back issues whatsoever.   • Professional and friendly, the team that works here is great and you feel comfortable in the facility. I personally see Cameron Lynam and couldn't recommend him more. Practitioners here want to help fix your problems rather than make you a life long client. I've been going to chiro for more than half my life, yet Cameron has been more involved with exercise plans and goal setting than any other practitioner I've seen. I hear great things about the other practitioners as well. Find the one that best suits and treats your needs and start working towards a stronger and less pain-ridden body!

  • Excellent facility with great therapists. I've been going to Matt for years with low back pain after a car accident. Matt is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and he truly cares about your progress. He spends the full half hour with treatment, going over exercises and I also had IMS treatments done by Matt. He was kind enough to video tape my exercise so I could remember how to do it properly at home. I always felt better after having the treatment done by Matt. He clearly knows his stuff, is very energetic and passionate about his profession.

  • I saw Matt Redekopp for some knee pain related to running/training for a marathon. He was professional, punctual, and put together a plan to get me out of pain and correct imbalances in my running form that are contributing to my knee hurting. He is also a wizard with the dry needling! Cannot recommend Matt enough for anyone who is active but dealing with some pain that is stopping them from reaching their goals.
